I spent nearly two decades inside public companies before starting Vizara, and the decision to launch this firm came from a frustration I kept hearing from management teams: that the IR and capital markets advice they were getting was either too generic, too expensive, or too removed from the day-to-day reality of running a business. I wanted to build something different. Vizara was founded because I believe the best advisory relationships are direct, honest, and built on real experience. That's what we bring to every engagement — and it's the standard we hold our entire team to.
